Today yana nak reveal my diet plan yang tak seberapa.. sebab banyak yana cheating termakan nasik la bagai kannn..hahaha..
tapi tak perlu la masuk record nanty buruk sangat.. but impressive because till today my weight tak naik even im off diet. Thats why lots of people says kalau nak kurus you need to exercise and take care of your food intake.. But so far my weight just drop 2kg for a week. Why only for a week?? susah sebenarnya nak maintain exercise and jaga food intake bagi food lover macam ni..hiks..

Disebabkan jumaat my last day so pi bantai makan burger dengan askem.. rakus gila kannn..hahaha
Yana also minum mineral coffee as morning brakfast and take 2 pills of garlic after breakfast and dinner. Result perut pun flat and badan terasa ringan jee.. Bila minum mineral coffee takde la perut bunyi kruk..kruk.. masa tengah hari.. Oh yaa.. i wear premium beautiful all day long tau.. except masa tidur la..
Some people boleh turun more kg kalau buat diet plan lebih kurang kat atas ni.. but for me i need to balance my diet and hormones so its kinda slow la.. cuma 2 kg..sob..sob..
well better try than never kann.. good luck uols with your diet. Bukan senang nak berkejar pergi jogging after work dengan nak masak kemas rumah lagi.. dan cuaca hujan yang mencemburui kita..eceh..hiks.. If ada buat a week trial macam yana please let me know ok.. kita share knowledge.. see yaa!!
